All our apparel is US based in standard form. Our sizing charts depicts the inches and centimeters to accommodate both US and international customers based off their measurements.
We do ship worldwide to almost every country around the world, but (as of right now) there are certain countries that we cannot ship to:
- Certain regions in the Ukraine, Russia, Belarus, Palestine, Ecuador, Cuba, Iran, Syria, and North Korea.
Please double check on our sizing chart before buying any of our apparel. If you already made the purchase with the wrong size, it happens to the best of us. Please email us at info@jay-japan.com within 24-48 hours after your purchase along with your order number and the new size you wanted. We'll do our very best to accommodate your request.
We securely accept all major credit card providers (VISA, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express), Paypal, Google Pay, Apple Pay, Meta Pay, and Amazon Pay.
Unlike most anime stores, Jay Japan have a transparent delivery timer for our store to know exactly when your order will be shipped, and when you'll receive your order (for US customers only).
However, if you want to know more about the shipping times, here are the basics:
- Free Shipping for US customers are for orders over $100 (International customers are $125) and it take about an average of 3 to 5 business days for most of our items to be fulfilled and shipped in the United States. After your items are processed and shipped, you'll receive a tracking code on your email and approximate shipping time:
- US: 3-5 business days
- Canada: 7-10 business days
- UK: 7-14 business days
- Australia: 14-20 business days
- Rest of the world: 15-25 business days
You can leave a review on the bottom of our product pages, or on the email sent to paid customers a couple of days after you've received your order.

What's on Our Shirts
Original Japanese and Anime Designs
All our designs are original and some of our products display our amazing and playful brand mascot, Kira Yamada.
Yamato Nadeshiko Flower
One half of our sleeves show the Japanese Nadeshiko flower, Japan's national flower. It showcase our pure love and admiration to Japanese culture and anime.
Louisiana Magnolia Flower
The other half of our sleeves show the Louisiana Magnolia flower. We use this flower because we're based off in the state of Louisiana to show that everyone can be passionate about anime and Japanese culture.
