All our apparel is US based in standard form. Our sizing charts depicts the inches and centimeters to accommodate both US and international customers based off their measurements.
We do ship worldwide to almost every country around the world, but (as of right now) there are certain countries that we cannot ship to:
- Certain regions in the Ukraine, Russia, Belarus, Palestine, Ecuador, Cuba, Iran, Syria, and North Korea.
Please double check on our sizing chart before buying any of our apparel. If you already made the purchase with the wrong size, it happens to the best of us. Please email us at info@jay-japan.com within 24-48 hours after your purchase along with your order number and the new size you wanted. We'll do our very best to accommodate your request.
We securely accept all major credit card providers (VISA, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express), Paypal, Google Pay, Apple Pay, Meta Pay, and Amazon Pay.
Unlike most anime stores, Jay Japan have a transparent delivery timer for our store to know exactly when your order will be shipped, and when you'll receive your order (for US customers only).
However, if you want to know more about the shipping times, here are the basics:
- Free Shipping for US customers are for orders over $100 (International customers are $125) and it take about an average of 3 to 5 business days for most of our items to be fulfilled and shipped in the United States. After your items are processed and shipped, you'll receive a tracking code on your email and approximate shipping time:
- US: 3-5 business days
- Canada: 7-10 business days
- UK: 7-14 business days
- Australia: 14-20 business days
- Rest of the world: 15-25 business days
You can leave a review on the bottom of our product pages, or on the email sent to paid customers a couple of days after you've received your order.

Jay Japan offers a 30-day money back guarantee on products that are ONLY unopened, unused, and with the original packaging. After the 30th day, you cannot apply for a return nor an exchange. For more information: please check out this link.
