Follow these instructions for longer high-class quality on our products without any folding or crackles on the prints.

  • It can be machine-washed but with cold water
  • The apparel has to be inside out (even all-over shirts) with a gentle cycle with mild detergent. It can be washed together with similar colors.
  • DO NOT PUT BLEACH ON IT!
  • DO NOT PUT FABRIC SOFTENER ON IT!
  • DO NOT TUMBLE DRY!
  • If you are going to iron the apparel, use a cool-iron, and make sure you also made the apparel inside out. DO NOT IRON THE PRINT!! If possible, you can turn it inside out and iron on the reverse side if there are any wrinkles on the apparel.
  • At best, the temperature to wash the apparel is 30 degrees Celsius (86 degrees Fahrenheit).

All our apparel is US based in standard form. Our sizing charts depicts the inches and centimeters to accommodate both US and international customers based off their measurements.

We do ship worldwide to almost every country around the world, but (as of right now) there are certain countries that we cannot ship to:

  • Certain regions in the Ukraine, Russia, Belarus, Palestine, Ecuador, Cuba, Iran, Syria, and North Korea.

Please double check on our sizing chart before buying any of our apparel. If you already made the purchase with the wrong size, it happens to the best of us. Please email us at info@jay-japan.com within 24-48 hours after your purchase along with your order number and the new size you wanted. We'll do our very best to accommodate your request.

Unlike most anime stores, Jay Japan have a transparent delivery timer for our store to know exactly when your order will be shipped, and when you'll receive your order (for US customers only).

  • Free Shipping for US customers are for orders over $100 (International customers are $125) and it take about an average of 3 to 5 business days for most of our items to be fulfilled and shipped in the United States. After your items are processed and shipped, you'll receive a tracking code on your email and approximate shipping time:
