How long will it take to receive my order?

Unlike most anime stores, Jay Japan have a transparent delivery timer for our store to know exactly when your order will be shipped, and when you'll receive your order ( for US customers only) . However, if you want to know more about the shipping times, here are the basics: Free Shipping for US customers are for orders over $100 (International customers are $125) and it take about an average of 3 to 5 business days for most of our items to be fulfilled and shipped in the United States. Follow these instructions for longer high-class quality on our products without any folding or crackles on the prints.

It can be machine-washed but with cold water
The apparel has to be inside out (even all-over shirts) with a gentle cycle with mild detergent. It can be washed together with similar colors.
DO NOT PUT BLEACH ON IT!
DO NOT PUT FABRIC SOFTENER ON IT!
DO NOT TUMBLE DRY!
If you are going to iron the apparel, use a cool-iron, and make sure you also made the apparel inside out. All-over print can be ironed with low heat settings.
At best, the temperature to wash the apparel is 30 degrees Celsius (86 degrees Fahrenheit).
